The main character of the series is Alla, an English teacher. She devoted her whole life to her loved ones - ex-husbands, children and students. Alla tries to be "comfortable" and never refuse, as a result, Alla is shamelessly exploited. The last straw is the news from Natasha's daughter: she is pregnant and relies only on her mother's help.
By chance, Alla turns out to be at a meeting of cancer patients. There she meets people who only in the face of death realized how important it is to live, realizing their own dreams and desires, and not to indulge the endless requests of others. The plan is born by itself - Alla informs her family that she has cancer. Alla hopes that the shocking news will sober up loved ones and teach them responsibility and compassion, but everything is not going according to plan...
